Terms of Service

1. About the Service

LabelCompare ("the Service") is an AI-assisted label pre-check and proofreading tool operated by Apexdream ("we", "us"). The Service lets you upload label artwork and requirement documents, and generates automated comparison reports.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Credits and Billing

• How checks are priced. One credit covers one check of up to 15 label pages. A label longer than that consumes one further credit per additional 15 pages or part thereof. Pages in your requirement documents are not counted.
• Free plan. A limited number of checks per calendar month, each up to a stated page limit. The current limits are shown on the pricing page and in your account.
• One-time purchases. Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed and remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Monthly plans. A stated number of credits is added at the start of each billing period and the plan renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime via the "Manage subscription" portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Credits already added to your account remain usable after a plan ends.
• Failed checks. If a check fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits it consumed are returned to your account automatically.
• Current prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. The amount charged at checkout is the amount payable.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner Creem, acting as merchant of record. Applicable taxes are handled by Creem at checkout.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload content you have no right to process; attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; resell the Service without our written consent; or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to files you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service (OCR, AI analysis, report generation).

We do not use your content to train any model of ours. Text extracted from your documents is sent to a third-party AI provider for field comparison; that provider operates under its own terms, which we cannot warrant on its behalf. The provider is named in our Privacy Policy, which also explains how to ask us to route your account differently.

6. Disclaimer

Reports are generated automatically by OCR and AI and may contain errors or omissions. The Service is a review aid, not a substitute for professional or regulatory review. Final compliance responsibility remains with you. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms or modify the Service; material changes will be announced on this page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us; we handle deletion manually and will complete it within one month.

9. Content, complaints and appeals

You may not upload content you have no right to process. If you believe content processed through the Service is unlawful, email us at the address below with the account or job reference and a description; we will review it and reply. If we restrict or remove content or suspend an account, we will tell you why and you may reply to that message to contest the decision.

10. Governing terms

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, including any statutory right of withdrawal. Where Creem acts as merchant of record, your purchase contract is with Creem and its terms govern the sale.
